Trump refused to meet with Xi Jinping
The President of the United States, Donald Trump, firmly stated that he has no intention of meeting or organizing a meeting with Chinese leader Xi Jinping. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to The Hill, Trump called the reports circulating around this topic false and clearly expressed his position on social media. He mentioned that some sources suggested he was looking for an opportunity to meet with Xi Jinping, but he openly stated that he had no such intention.

Trump wrote on the Truth Social platform, "I am not seeking any meeting." At the same time, he emphasized that a potential visit would only be considered if Xi Jinping extended an invitation.

Currently, important trade negotiations between the US and China are taking place in Stockholm with the participation of US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent. These negotiations have increased the likelihood of an agreement on tariff issues between the two countries.

Additionally, reports have emerged that Xi Jinping is planning to organize a major event in September with the participation of Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin. According to The Times, he intends to invite the US president to an official ceremony dedicated to the end of World War II.

Putin is also expected to participate in this event. Donald Trump announced in an interview with journalists on July 22 that he had received an official invitation from China.

He stated that he plans to consider the issue of a visit in the future. "We have been invited to China, and we may go there.

This may not happen soon, but it won't be delayed for long. We have received many invitations from various leaders and will make a definite decision soon," the president emphasized.

Experts and political observers are closely watching Trump's next diplomatic steps and the potential changes that may occur in US-China relations. Currently, the outcome of this trip and meetings remains uncertain, and the implications for the political landscape remain unclear.
