
The Israeli Air Force struck areas in southern Lebanon. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to official information, Israeli fighter jets targeted five areas located north of the Litani River with precise strikes. It is stated that military points and infrastructure belonging to the "Hezbollah" movement are present in these areas.
The targeted areas are located near the villages of Burjuz, Jabbur, Jermak, El-Qatraniya, and El-Mahmudiya. According to information provided by the local civil defense service, some houses and farm buildings were materially damaged as a result of the airstrikes.
According to witnesses, people are being relocated to safe places due to the explosions and strikes. Currently, rescue services and medical aid teams are operating in the affected areas.
The Israeli military stated that these strikes were carried out to ensure border security and to destroy terrorist infrastructure. At the same time, Lebanese officials assessed this action as a threat to the country's territorial integrity.
International organizations are calling on all parties to exercise caution to prevent an escalation of the conflict. This event further complicates the situation in the region.
