An Uzbek young man stabbed near Saint Petersburg
An Uzbek young man with injuries was found in the forest area around Lisiy Nos near Saint Petersburg. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

It was revealed that the victim had a bag over his head and several stab wounds on his body. According to the information, the victim stated in his testimony to the Primorsky district police that he was forcibly taken by unknown persons in the city of Sestroretsk.

He reported that several people attacked him when he entered a store while returning home from work. During the incident, unknown individuals put a bag over his head and took him outside the city in one of their cars.

Soon after, the victim called his relatives and said that the attackers were demanding 55 thousand rubles from him. Then they entered the forest, stabbed him several times with a knife, and left him alone.

Nearby people called for help for the victim. Emergency medical personnel arrived at the scene and took necessary measures to stop the bleeding and treat the injuries.

The young man is currently being treated in the hospital; no official information about his condition has been provided. The internal affairs department has initiated an investigation into the incident.

Investigators are reviewing surveillance footage from the locations where the attack occurred and are expanding the circle of possible suspects. The victim’s testimony is being verified, and a separate case is being conducted regarding the ransom demand.

Legal experts emphasize that in such cases, ensuring the victim’s safety, formalizing medical documents, and initiating proceedings based on articles related to kidnapping, threats, and assault are essential. Specialists note that these types of crimes are usually premeditated, with clearly assigned roles among the participants.

At present, citizens are advised to avoid walking alone at night, not to display cash or valuables, and not to get into unofficial taxis or unknown vehicles as safety precautions. Since new information may emerge during the investigation, reliance on information from official sources is requested.
