This vehicle was planned to pass through the “Upper Lars” international checkpoint in North Ossetia, cross the Russia-Georgia border, and reach the Krasnodar region.
It was revealed that the vehicle was initially driven by one driver and then handed over to another person. This individual was expected to detonate the explosive device upon reaching the bridge.
