
Four Russian drones struck a five-story building located in Kharkiv region. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to Oleg Sinegubov, head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, fires broke out on the first, third, and fifth floors of the building, and part of the house collapsed. According to Kharkiv city mayor Igor Terekhov, five people died as a result of the strike, including a 1.5-year-old girl.
Additionally, 18 people were injured. Rescue operations are currently ongoing at the scene.
At the same time, Russia also attacked the cities of Odessa, Sumy, and Pavlograd on the night of August 18. According to Oleg Grigorov, head of the Sumy regional military administration, the attack damaged civilian infrastructure, but there were no casualties.
Further investigations are being conducted regarding the incident. Security measures have been strengthened at the scene, and the public is advised to act cautiously.
