Drone attack at Pulkovo airport halted flights
An unexpected incident occurred at Pulkovo airport in Saint Petersburg, Russia. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

As a result of an attack carried out by drones, the airport's operations were halted. Receiving and conducting flights were suspended for several hours, with approximately one hundred flights facing various difficulties in total.

Some flights were seriously delayed, while others were completely canceled. This situation caused major problems not only for passengers but also for the entire aviation system.

Alexander Drozdenko, governor of Leningrad region, confirmed the information about the drone attack in an official statement. According to him, several drones were shot down by air defense systems.

The consequences of the incident affected sectors beyond airport operations. According to the "Strana" publication, residents of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad region are dissatisfied with disruptions in internet and mobile communication services.

This indicates that infrastructure was damaged as a result of the attack. Currently, efforts are ongoing to determine the causes of the incident and to resolve the problems.
