Starting from January 1, 2026, exams on the Russian language, Russian history, and legislation for foreign citizens and stateless persons arriving in Russia will be conducted exclusively via computer. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation issued an official statement through Rosobrnadzor regarding this. This change aims to promote automation and the introduction of modern technologies in the field of higher education.
The exam process will be fully automated using the "EkzaM" program developed by the Russian Federal Testing Center. The program covers all stages from participant registration to result calculation.
The "EkzaM" program allows exam takers to be video recorded, take the exam, have their results evaluated, and receive certificates. Certificates for those who pass the exam successfully will be issued on the same day.
This program can operate on any computer and helps systematically monitor exam sessions. This not only creates convenience for students but also enables quick solutions to problems arising in migrants' learning of the Russian language.
