Suspect arrested in connection with Parubiy's murder in Ukraine

Important news has been announced regarding the assassination case that caused a major uproar in the political arena in Ukraine. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

Ukraine's Minister of Internal Affairs Igor Klimenko and the head of the country's Security Service Vasyl Malyuk informed President Volodymyr Zelensky about the arrest of a suspect in the killing of Andriy Parubiy, the former chairman of the Verkhovna Rada. President Zelensky announced this news on his Telegram channel during the night.

According to the head of state, legal and investigative actions are currently ongoing. He emphasized that all available information will be presented openly to the public and stated the necessity of thoroughly examining every aspect of this crime.

The Security Service of Ukraine announced in its official statement that the suspect was arrested in Khmelnytskyi region with the participation of SBU officers, the National Police, and representatives of the Prosecutor General's Office. The statement noted that the crime case has been opened, the arrest process was fully carried out, and that this matter is under the personal supervision of President Volodymyr Zelensky.

At the same time, the Ukrainian public has managed to see the first serious results in the political assassination case. The investigation process is being closely monitored by the wider community.
