
Huwaydo Umarova (Toshmatova), a 130-year-old woman living in Buvayda district of Fergana region, has been officially recognized as the oldest person in the history of Uzbekistan. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The Ministry of Justice announced this. During the registration work carried out in the "Qoraqum" neighborhood of the district as part of the "No person will remain undocumented" campaign by the ministry, it was found that Huwaydo mom's date of birth was not recorded in the documents.
Based on the application of the Buvayda district Justice Department, the inter-district court of Kokand district considered this matter at a mobile session. According to the court decision, it was officially confirmed that Huwaydo Umarova was born on January 1, 1895, in Buvayda district.
Thus, Huwaydo mom is now recognized as the oldest person in Uzbekistan. According to the Ministry of Justice, she can now be included in the Guinness World Records as the oldest person in the world.
It should be noted that previously there were various reports about Huwaydo mom, but there were no official documents confirming her age. After the court decision, this information gained legal force.
