A report was received by the police authorities in Atyrau city of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding a three-year-old girl. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the report, a disagreement arose between three and five-year-old girls over sharing a toy – a vacuum cleaner – in a café. This caused a minor quarrel and argument among the children.
Soon the two girls reconciled, but the mother of one of them was dissatisfied with the situation and filed an official complaint with the police. She demanded that the child apologize publicly.
The city police reviewed the complaint and announced that an official complaint would not be accepted against a child under three years old. Therefore, the complaint was dismissed.
A preventive conversation was held with the parents of the children, and they were given necessary advice regarding child upbringing and safety rules. This incident holds educational significance for parents, emphasizing once again the importance of maintaining peace and mutual respect within families.
