The Chairperson of the Central Election Commission, Ella Pamfilova, commented on the results of the recent regional elections and expressed a strong opinion about the internet. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
She emphasized that the internet is considered a hostile global network for Russia. Pamfilova made this statement while discussing the "GAS Vibori 2.0" information system.
According to her, the election system's resilience to cyberattacks lies in its complete autonomy from the internet. The Chairperson of the CEC described this situation as a hostile global spider web.
