Bolsonaro's health deteriorated, hospitalized
Former Brazilian president Jair Bolsonaro has been hospitalized again due to health problems. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

This was announced by his son Flavio Bolsonaro on his social media page. According to him, on the evening of September 16, his father felt unwell.

In particular, he experienced hiccups, a sharp drop in blood pressure, and nausea. For this reason, he was taken under police supervision to the DF Star clinic.

Flavio described the situation as an emergency. The former president's wife, Michelle Bolsonaro, also stated that her husband underwent a series of medical examinations and is currently receiving intravenous injections.

It should be recalled that Jair Bolsonaro was recently sentenced to 27 years and 3 months in prison by the court for allegedly planning a coup d'état. During the trial, it was stated that after losing the 2022 elections, the former president took unconstitutional actions to retain power.

Bolsonaro has denied his guilt. His supporters and lawyers consider this decision to be political persecution.

Jair Bolsonaro is considered one of the most controversial and right-wing leaders in Brazilian politics. He governed the country from 2019 to 2022 and was defeated by Lula da Silva in the subsequent election.

Although the politician did not officially recognize his defeat, he left office. In January 2023, his supporters, dissatisfied with the election results, organized mass protests and unrest in the Brazilian capital.

They also attempted to seize government buildings, which attracted significant attention worldwide. The former president has previously experienced many health problems.

Seven years ago, during his election campaign, he was stabbed and seriously injured. Since then, he has been hospitalized several times.
