Joe Biden receives a pension of 416 thousand dollars per year as a former president and long-time senator. However, this amount is not sufficient to cover the family's daily expenses.

Currently, Biden has no additional sources of income. There are also difficulties in commercializing the reputation he gained during his presidency.

Many companies refuse to invite him to give expensive speeches, and his political allies are gradually distancing themselves from him. For this reason, it has become difficult to find clients willing to pay between 300 thousand and 500 thousand dollars for his speeches.

The family's main hope is focused on the approximately 10 million dollars in income expected from publishing his memoirs. However, this amount is very small compared to the 60 million dollars earned from the sales of former President Barack Obama's books.
