Military aid was delivered to Ukraine under the PURL program, a list of priority needs prepared at the initiative of the United States and NATO. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The "RBK-Ukraine" publication reported this citing a NATO representative. According to the representative, so far four aid packages have been funded under this program.
Some equipment from the first aid batch has already been delivered to Ukraine, while the remaining equipment is currently en route. Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that the initial aid packages of the PURL program included missiles for the Patriot air defense system and the HIMARS multiple launch rocket system.
Thus, the new military aid sent to Kyiv not only strengthens the defense capabilities of the Ukrainian army but also reaffirms NATO and the United States' support policy in the current complex situation. This aid is considered crucial for enhancing Ukraine's defense potential and ensuring regional security.
