Dubai has once again attracted global attention. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The city is advancing to a new level in the world tourism sector not only with its modern buildings but also with the world's tallest hotel. Starting from November, the Ciel Dubai Marina hotel, planned to open in the Dubai Marina area, will become a new symbol not only for the United Arab Emirates but for the entire world.
This information was announced by the “Dubai Media Office.” The new building will have a height of 377 meters and is located in the Dubai Marina area.
This figure is significantly higher than the current record holder, the 356-meter Gevora Hotel, and will take the leading position. The hotel is expected to fundamentally change the city's skyline.
The project was developed by the prestigious NORR Group architectural studio, and the construction was carried out by The First Group. Additionally, China Railway 18th Bureau Group participated in the project as a major contractor.
The hotel management has been entrusted to The First Group Hospitality, which will operate under the Vignette Collection brand of InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). The Ciel Dubai Marina hotel stands out not only for its height but also for its modern amenities.
The building has 82 floors with a total of 1004 rooms and apartments. Guests will be able to enjoy panoramic views of the Persian Gulf.
There is also a 12-story atrium garden, a restaurant located at a height of 353 meters, and a pool built at 306 meters, expected to be recognized as the world's highest pool. The hotel is equipped with eight restaurants and bars.
Moreover, it provides direct access to the Dubai Marina waterfront, water taxis, Dubai Marina Mall shopping center, as well as tram and metro stations. Ciel Dubai Marina will not only hold the title of the world's tallest hotel but is also expected to set records for the highest pool and the highest club.
These records will be officially announced after the hotel’s formal opening. This new facility marks the beginning of a new era in Dubai's tourism and hospitality industry.
