Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy announced that at least three people were killed and more than 30 injured as a result of night airstrikes. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to him, the attacks targeted various regions of the country, with the main goal being to pressure the population and destroy infrastructure. The Ukrainian Air Forces reported that over 600 rockets and drones were launched by Russia.
In the city of Dnipro, a residential building was hit by a rocket, causing severe casualties. Zelenskiy emphasized that several regions, including Kyiv, Odesa, and Kharkiv, were also under attack.
According to Vyacheslav Fedorishchev, governor of the Samara region, four people were killed as a result of Ukrainian drones. Ukraine confirmed targeting large oil refineries in the Samara and Saratov regions.
In recent weeks, both sides have intensified their attacks. While Russia has been striking more cities in Ukraine, Kyiv continues to attack Russia's industrial and energy facilities.
This situation is escalating tensions with NATO and further exacerbating security problems in the region. Swift action by the international community is considered necessary to ensure peace and stability in the region.
