Singapore has once again been recognized globally as the safest country. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the “Xinhua” news agency, Singapore has ranked first 12 times since 2006 in the Gallup Institute's Global Safety Report. The report noted that in 2024, 98 percent of Singaporeans felt completely safe walking alone on the street at night or in the evening.
This indicator is considered one of the highest levels worldwide. The survey results showed that the sense of safety differed little between men and women.
In 2024, 98 percent of men and 97 percent of women considered themselves safe. This reflects the stability of security and public order in the country.
The Gallup Institute's report emphasizes that the high level of safety in Singapore is related to low crime rates, effective functioning of law enforcement agencies, and a high level of culture among the population. Security policy in the country is ensured not only by the state but also through the responsible attitude of citizens.
For this reason, Singapore has further strengthened its reputation internationally and is recognized as one of the safest countries in the world.
