On September 22, during a raid held at the "Korona" banquet hall in Krasnoyarsk, eight Uzbek citizens were accused of violating migration rules. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Four of them were fined and ordered to be deported from the country. The remaining four were placed in a temporary detention center.
This was reported by the uz24.uz publication. The Uzbek side, particularly the Consulate General in Novosibirsk, is providing legal assistance to the citizens and has submitted the necessary documents to the law enforcement agencies of the Krasnoyarsk region.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that such raids must have a legal basis and should not interfere with cultural events. Earlier circulated videos showed Rosgvardiya officers checking guests' documents during the concert and involving service dogs.
This incident once again reminds of the importance of complying with migration rules and advises our citizens to keep their documents under constant control. Additionally, all parties must act within the law to ensure the peaceful and orderly conduct of cultural events.
