
The Polish embassy and the European Union delegation were damaged as a result of Russia's nighttime missile attack on Kyiv, reports the DW news agency. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a projectile fired by Russia hit the ceiling of the Polish embassy in Kyiv and fell into the kitchen area. Ministry spokesperson Pavel Vronsky stated that no one was injured, embassy staff are safe, and continue their work as usual.
Additionally, the European Union delegation in the Ukrainian capital was also damaged as a result of the large-scale nighttime attack. Katarina Maternova, the EU ambassador to Ukraine, reported that cars in the delegation's parking lot were damaged.
However, there were no casualties. The embassies in Kyiv continue their operations after the attack, but the threat remains.
This incident once again highlights the complexity of the situation in the region and how fragile peace is. The international community is closely monitoring the situation and intensifying efforts to establish peace.
