It has been reported that an 18-month-old girl accidentally fell into a pot of boiling milk in the school kitchen and died as a result of severe burns. On the day of the incident, the school guard had brought his young daughter Akshita to his workplace.
The child was chasing a cat and ran towards the kitchen, where she fell into a large pot of milk. The girl's mother was also present at the scene.
She immediately took her daughter out of the pot, but due to severe burns on most of her body, the girl was rushed to the hospital. Doctors fought to save the child for three days, but the infant succumbed to her injuries from the severe burns.
The local police have initiated an investigation into the incident. Representatives from the government and educational institutions are also conducting a service review.
