Former US President Joe Biden has moved to a new stage of treatment after being diagnosed with prostate cancer. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to NBC News, 82-year-old Biden is currently undergoing a course of radiation therapy and hormonal treatment. The former president's press secretary stated that this treatment process is being carried out based on a personalized comprehensive plan tailored for Biden.

The radiation therapy is expected to last approximately five weeks and is considered an important phase in the fight against the disease. It is worth recalling that in May 2025, Biden's representatives announced that he was diagnosed with prostate cancer with bone metastases.

The press service's statement noted that although this type of cancer is aggressive, its sensitivity to hormones allows for the application of effective treatment methods. Experts emphasized that this treatment process plays a crucial role in controlling the growth of the cancer tumor and preventing its spread.

Thus, modern and effective medical procedures are being applied to restore Joe Biden's health.
