This holiday is given in connection with the National Unity Day celebrated on November 4. According to official information, November 2, 3, and 4 will be non-working days.
November 1, Saturday, is designated as a shortened working day. Since the holiday falls on a Tuesday, a decision was made to transfer the days off.
As a result, Russians will have a full three-day holiday from November 2 to November 4. Work will resume as usual on November 5.
Additionally, a shortened three-day workweek is expected in the week following the holiday. However, no other additional days off are planned until the end of the year, that is, until December 31.
This information has been officially announced within the framework of Russian labor and employment legislation. Thus, in November, days off for workers in Russia will increase, allowing them the opportunity to spend time with their families.
