Israel resumed military operations in Gaza

Israel's National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir called for the resumption of military operations in the Gaza Strip. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to him, after the hostages are released, Israel must continue the fight against HAMAS with greater determination. In recent hours, the Israeli army has carried out airstrikes on dozens of targets in the Gaza area.

More than 120 rounds of ammunition were used in these attacks. It is worth noting that a ceasefire agreement between Israel and HAMAS came into effect on October 10, 2025.

However, on October 19, Israeli forces conducted airstrikes in the Rafah area. According to The Times of Israel, these strikes were carried out in response to attacks on Israel.

Following recent events, Israeli officials announced that they would reinstate adherence to the ceasefire arrangement. At the same time, it was emphasized that any aggression or violation of the agreement would be met with a firm response.
