Jared Kushner Behind Gaza Peace Holds Commercial Interests
The British newspaper The Guardian has published new information about Jared Kushner, son-in-law and close advisor to US President Donald Trump. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to the publication, Kushner mediated in stopping the war in the Gaza Strip, but there may be significant commercial interests behind this process. On October 10, the two-year Gaza war, which resulted in the deaths of thousands of Palestinian civilians, ended.

Trump announced the cessation of the war in the Israeli parliament. During this process, Jared Kushner played an important role in negotiations alongside Trump's Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff.

According to The Guardian, the investment fund Affinity Partners, managed by Kushner, has received billions of dollars in investments from countries such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE. After the Gaza war, construction and reconstruction work is expected to begin in the enclave, and this fund could be the main investor to gain significant profits.

Former diplomats told journalists that Kushner and Steve Witkoff are promoting a large-scale reconstruction program in Gaza. The project includes plans for new housing, hotels, and port construction.

Matt Duss, vice president of the Center for International Policy, called this situation a conflict of interest and emphasized that Trump and his associates might be viewing the peace process as a business opportunity. The White House denied these allegations.

White House representative Caroline Levitt defended Jared Kushner as a person working for peace worldwide. Jared Kushner was born in 1981 and married Donald Trump's daughter Ivanka in 2009.

The Kushner family has had long-standing close relations with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. During Trump's presidency, Jared Kushner played a significant role in Middle East policy.

It is also said that the idea of relocating Gaza's population to Egypt and Jordan and turning the enclave into the "Middle East Riviera" was proposed by Jared Kushner himself. Today, the question of billions of dollars in interests behind this peace plan is being discussed worldwide.
