Warning Made Mandatory in Energy Drink Advertisements

According to a new law adopted by the Russian State Duma, starting from March 2026, it will be mandatory to include a health warning about harmful effects in energy drink advertisements. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to the requirements of this law, the warning must be displayed for at least five seconds in advertisement clips broadcast on television. This measure aims to raise public awareness, especially among young people, about the consequences of excessive consumption of energy drinks.
