
The special representative of the Russian president and the head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, Kirill Dmitriev, visited the United States and held a series of meetings with representatives of the Trump administration. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to him, Moscow wants the conflict in Ukraine to be resolved diplomatically as soon as possible. In an interview with CNN, Dmitriev emphasized that Russia supports peace and is ready for negotiations.
Russia considers it important to ensure stability and restore economic cooperation in the current geopolitical situation. For this reason, Dmitriev's visit to the US is aimed at activating bilateral dialogue.
He discussed issues of investment, security, and the restoration of diplomatic relations with representatives of the Trump administration. According to Dmitriev, military actions negatively affect not only Ukraine but also the economy of the entire region.
