This means they play an important role in ensuring the security of the area and during the restoration process. According to official sources, the arrival of North Korean soldiers in Russia was organized based on an agreement between the two countries.

This agreement is aimed at the rapid repair of roads and other infrastructure facilities in the region. Experts emphasize that such military assistance not only accelerates the infrastructure restoration process but also serves to strengthen the security of the area.

At the same time, this cooperation indicates the strengthening of relations between the two countries.
