
Sergey Shoigu, Secretary of the Russian Security Council, spoke about relations with Western countries and their partners. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to him, Russia trusted Western countries many times, but they did not fulfill their promises. In particular, the promises made regarding NATO not expanding eastward were also broken.
Shoigu emphasized that Russia has learned important lessons from this experience and is now firmly determined not to make such mistakes again. He noted that Russia's future policy will be strong and cautious.
