The tallest hotel in the world, Ciel Dubai Marina, has started its operations in Dubai. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The hotel has begun welcoming its first guests. It stands 377 meters tall, surpassing the previous record holder, the Gevora Hotel, which was 356 meters tall and formerly the tallest hotel in the world.
The hotel has a total of 82 floors and 1,004 rooms. Additionally, it features the world's tallest infinity-style pool — the Tattu Sky Pool.
The pool is located on the 76th floor, at a height of 310 meters, and belongs to the Tattu Dubai restaurant. The restaurant opened on October 10 on the 74th floor.
On the 81st floor of the hotel is the Tattu Sky Lounge & Terrace, offering beautiful panoramic views of Dubai. Ciel Dubai Marina is managed by The First Group Hospitality and operates under the Vignette Collection brand of IHG Hotels & Resorts.
The hotel includes several restaurants: West 13 — specializing in Mediterranean cuisine, East 14 — specializing in Asian cuisine, as well as Risen Cafe & Artisanal Bakery. On the 61st floor, there is a modern spa center and a 24-hour gym.
Guests of the hotel have free access to the Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah. The project is valued at approximately 544 million US dollars.
The new hotel has further enriched Dubai's skyline, as the city already hosts eight of the world's ten tallest hotels.
