In the remaining minutes, both teams created several dangerous situations, but Spain's Unai Simón and Turkey's goalkeeper Bayındır showed reliable performances, preserving the draw result. This draw was favorable for both teams.
Spain took first place in the group with 16 points, while Turkey secured second place and qualified for the playoff stage.
