US peace plan: What are the positions of Kyiv and Moscow
Discussions are intensifying between Washington, Kyiv, and Moscow regarding a new “peace plan.” This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to White House Press Secretary Karoline Livitt, the document proposed by Donald Trump is intended to be acceptable to both sides. She stated that this plan has been secretly developed for a month.

In the discussions, US President’s special envoy Steve Whitkoff and Secretary of State Marco Rubio actively participated. They communicated directly with Ukraine and Russia to understand the positions of the parties.

However, the plan has not yet taken its final form, so the full details of the document have not been disclosed. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in his video address that the US and Ukrainian teams continue working on the necessary provisions to end the war.

Additionally, US Army Secretary Daniel Driscoll met with Zelensky in Kyiv on November 20 and handed over a copy of the plan. According to Zelensky’s office, important principles for Ukraine were discussed during the meeting.

The President emphasized that each provision must be fair and aligned with the country’s interests. Kyiv’s position is clear: the war can be stopped, but it must not contradict Ukraine’s sovereignty.

At the same time, Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleksiy Honcharenko announced to the public that the Trump administration has a peace plan consisting of 28 provisions. Several Ukrainian media outlets also published the document, but this information has not been officially confirmed by Washington.

The authenticity of the document is currently unknown, but it has sparked significant interest in society. The main question at present is what kind of political agreement is being discussed between the US, Ukraine, and Russia, and how this agreement could be practically implemented.

The document, described by Washington as “moderate,” is causing varied reactions in Ukraine, so this topic is expected to provoke serious debates on the international stage as well. In the coming weeks, this issue may become even more relevant and could influence the next phase of the war.
