
A VanHool bus traveling on the "Moscow–Tashkent" route in the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan was involved in a road traffic accident. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The Consulate of Uzbekistan in the Aktobe region reported this. The incident occurred on November 30 at 21:00.
There were 54 Uzbek citizens on the bus. As a result of the accident, no one was injured or killed.
After the incident, all passengers were safely evacuated by emergency services and police officers. They are currently temporarily accommodated at a mosque located in the village of Qarabutoq in the Aytekebi district of the Aktobe region.
Passengers are being provided with food and necessary assistance. Additionally, measures are being taken to return the Uzbek citizens to their homeland by an additional bus.
The Embassy and the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Kazakhstan have taken responsibility for the incident. Cooperation has also been established with the relevant authorities of Kazakhstan.
All measures are aimed at ensuring the safety of the citizens.
