This was reported by the "RIA Novosti" news agency. The Moscow court based its decision on the principle that discrimination based on national origin is unacceptable.
The Prosecutor's Office identified job advertisements on the internet offering special conditions to citizens of Uzbekistan and requiring Kyrgyz citizenship. The court found such advertisements illegal and banned this type of information on several websites.
Additionally, access to these pages has been restricted for users. According to data, more than 1.8 million Uzbeks entered Russia in the first eight months of 2025.
The majority of them traveled to Russia for labor migration purposes. This decision is considered a measure aimed at ensuring national equality in the labor market.
