
The flu situation in Iran is worsening. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Specifically, in Yazd province, more than 1,100 people have been diagnosed with this virus since the beginning of the year. According to official data, 13 citizens have died as a result of the illness.
It was reported that most of the deceased were elderly individuals and those suffering from chronic diseases. According to medical representatives, six of the deaths occurred during the summer months, while the remaining seven were recorded in recent weeks.
Doctors recommend taking precautions to prevent the flu and seeking medical help immediately when symptoms of the illness appear. Specialists also urge people to avoid self-medication and to follow doctors' instructions.
