A $5,000 fine imposed on illegal migrants in the USA

The US government has introduced new financial measures against illegal migrants. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to the directive of President Donald Trump, every person over 14 years old who enters the country without permission is fined $5,000. This fine is called the “Apprehension fee” and is processed as soon as the migrant is detained.

The most important aspect is that this payment must be made compulsorily regardless of court proceedings or deportation decisions. The new rule was introduced to tighten migration processes, reduce the number of illegal entries, and enhance border security.

Experts believe that this measure could be a significant obstacle for thousands of people planning to enter the US illegally. However, the new fine is causing debates among human rights defenders.

Currently, this regulation is in effect and is applied uniformly to all illegal migrants. This measure is considered the next step aimed at strengthening the US migration policy.
