
A tragic incident occurred in the Talas region of Kyrgyzstan. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to information provided by the regional internal affairs department, a 14-year-old girl born in 2010 died in the bathroom. The incident took place on December 7 in the village of Qizil-Say in the Boqay-Ota district.
The girl was found unconscious in the bathroom of her cousin’s house and was alone at the time of the incident. Medical data indicates that no signs of life were observed when she was taken to the medical facility.
Preliminary investigations revealed that her death was caused by carbon monoxide poisoning. Experts emphasize that the formation of carbon monoxide may be related to technical malfunction or negligence.
An official report has been filed with the Boqay-Ota district internal affairs department, and an investigation has begun. Investigators are examining the source of the carbon monoxide and the level of air circulation within the building.
Experts advise parents and the public to strictly adhere to safety rules and to take the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning seriously. It is also reiterated that regular inspections of heating systems and gas equipment in homes are essential.
