It has been reported that the number of people who died from the flu in Iran has reached 101. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This situation has mainly been observed among unvaccinated citizens. According to Husayn Kermanpur, a representative of the Iranian Ministry of Health, the majority of those who died were individuals who had not been vaccinated against the flu.
Additionally, experts note that the risk of death from the flu is higher compared to coronavirus. The shortage of flu vaccines and their high prices are identified as one of the problems.
Due to the high cost of vaccines and the lack of an insurance system, many citizens are deprived of the opportunity to get vaccinated. According to official information provided by the government, such economic and social problems are the main reasons for the widespread flu.
Therefore, creating conditions for vaccination for the population is of great importance.
