The German government has accused Russia of a cyberattack on the country's air traffic control system in 2024. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Berlin summoned the Russian ambassador on this matter and expressed official protest. According to German officials, the attack was carried out by hackers linked to Russian intelligence.
The attack occurred in August 2024 and threatened the stable operation of the air traffic control system. The government considers this incident a serious threat to the country's security.
At the same time, Germany also accused Russia of attempting to interfere in the federal elections in February 2024. Officials emphasize that efforts were made to influence the election process through fake videos and false information.
The German government now plans to take appropriate measures against such actions by Russia in cooperation with European Union countries. So far, the Russian side has not issued an official response to these accusations.
