Details of the evacuation of a US spy in Russia revealed
New information has been revealed that caused a major stir in Russian political circles. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

It has become known that the US Central Intelligence Agency was forced to extract a valuable agent operating within Russian state systems from the country. This incident was announced by Andrey Popov, a member of the veterans' association of the "Alpha" counter-terrorism unit and a reserve lieutenant colonel.

According to Popov, this evacuation was a carefully planned and complex operation consisting of several stages. The main role in this process was played by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

He acted not as an ordinary diplomat, but as a professional with experience in intelligence and counterintelligence. In Popov's opinion, due to Lavrov's involvement, US intelligence was forced to extract its agent.

During this process, the Russian side organized the psychological and political environment in such a way that the US felt cornered. The goal of the operation was to put the enemy in a situation where they would be forced to expose their own spy.

Additionally, Lavrov anticipated the actions of foreign special services and managed to strategically outmaneuver them. It is reported that in 2019, CNN announced that the US had extracted its agent from Russia in 2017.

This individual was named Oleg Smolenkov, who was close to the Russian top leadership. Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov confirmed that Smolenkov once worked in the presidential administration.

This incident once again demonstrated how important diplomacy is as a weapon in international intelligence activities.
