Investigation underway into the killing of an Uzbek student in the USA
Investigation is ongoing into the killing of Uzbek student Muhammadaziz Umurzakov in the USA. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

Local law enforcement agencies suspect that this crime may be connected to the death of MIT professor Nuno Lureyro. This was reported by ABC, citing sources within law enforcement.

According to investigation data, a person named Claudio Manuel Neveshe Valente is mentioned as a suspect. He was previously suspected of carrying out a shooting on the campus of Brown University.

Valente was found dead in New Hampshire and is believed to have committed suicide. The killing of MIT professor Nuno Lureyro occurred two days after the shooting at Brown University.

Investigators are examining whether there is a connection between the two crimes. According to information, Valente was a graduate student at Brown University and was admitted in 2000.

However, after several years, he was expelled from the university. His identity was confirmed through surveillance camera footage and car rental records.

So far, officials have not provided information about the suspect's involvement in these crimes or his motives. It is worth noting that Muhammadaziz Umurzakov was killed on Sunday, December 14, during an ongoing exam.

An armed individual opened fire in the engineering building, which shocked the community. The investigation is ongoing.
