
After a major road traffic accident in Japan, traffic on the Kan’etsu Expressway was quickly restored. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
As a result of the accident, the road remained closed for nearly 38 hours. According to initial information, the incident occurred when a large truck slipped on a slope after turning.
Following the truck, passenger cars collided one after another, causing a chain collision. As a result of this tragedy, two people died, and 26 citizens sustained injuries of varying degrees.
Additionally, due to the severe collision and fuel leakage, at least 20 vehicles caught fire. Emergency services promptly worked at the scene to remove the damaged vehicles, clean the road surface, and restore safety.
Thanks to the measures taken, traffic on the expressway was restored earlier than the scheduled time.
