The number of specialists working in the technology sector in Israel who are considering emigrating is increasing. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This situation is noted as an effect of the recent war with Hamas. It is emphasized that this trend may negatively impact the country's innovative development.
The technology sector is one of the main branches of Israel's economy. This sector accounts for 15 percent of jobs in the country and more than half of its exports.
Major international companies such as Microsoft, Intel, Nvidia, Amazon, Meta, and Apple operate in the region. Some companies have been forced to relocate their operations to other countries during the war.
Employees, especially those in senior positions, are exploring opportunities to work abroad along with their family members. Nevertheless, many companies continue to operate in Israel and have even increased their workload during the war.
According to officials, Israel's technology sector has demonstrated its resilience under complex conditions. However, if political and regulatory stability is not ensured by the government, the future development of this sector may be at risk.
