China and Pakistan strengthen security cooperation

China and Pakistan have reached an agreement to enhance cooperation against attacks and telecommunications crimes. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to Chinese Minister of Internal Affairs Wan Xiaohong, the two countries need to jointly address various threats and problems, ensure national security, and strengthen social stability. This was stated in an official statement by the Chinese Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Chinese citizens working in Pakistan, especially on infrastructure projects funded by China worth billions of dollars, have faced several attacks. These attacks have negatively affected relations between the two countries in recent years.
Security cooperation between China and Pakistan is of great importance for protecting the citizens of both countries and continuing major economic projects. These measures are expected to serve to strengthen bilateral relations.
