Almaty–Samarkand air services will be restored in 2026

Kazakhstan's FlyArystan airline will resume flights between Almaty and Samarkand starting from March 21, 2026. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This was reported by local mass media. Flights will operate twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
The first phase will last from March 21 to May 30. The second phase is planned from the beginning of September until October 24.
Ticket prices for the inaugural flight on March 21 start at 44,300 tenge, which is approximately 1.04 million Uzbek soms. The flight duration is 1.5 hours.
FlyArystan airline also operates flights from several other cities in Kazakhstan to Tashkent and Nukus. This company began its operations in May 2019 with a base in Almaty.
It provides services on domestic and international routes, using Airbus A320 aircraft manufactured in Europe for passenger transportation.
