Iran airspace closed, flights returned
Due to the temporary closure of Iranian airspace, several flights related to Uzbekistan were unable to continue their routes and were forced to return to their departure airports. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

Specifically, the Madinah–Tashkent (7Q7742) and Madinah–Fergana (7Q4442) flights returned to Madinah airport. The Tashkent–Kuwait (J9650) flight also returned to Tashkent shortly after takeoff.

Additionally, the Samarkand–Jeddah (9S3303) flight returned to Samarkand, the Urgench–Madinah (2U7911) flight returned to Urgench, and the Jeddah–Tashkent (HY336) flight turned back to Jeddah airport. According to Reuters and Flightradar24, many international flights were forced to change routes or delay due to temporary restrictions imposed on Iranian airspace.

Later, it was reported that the airspace was reopened. Currently, experts continue to monitor the situation.

Passengers are advised to follow official information from airlines and airports.
