Elon Musk demanded $134 billion from OpenAI and Microsoft

Elon Musk has filed a lawsuit demanding compensation of 134 billion dollars from OpenAI and Microsoft. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to claims made by Musk's lawyer, Steven Molo, the entrepreneur made a significant financial contribution during the initial phase of the OpenAI project and played an important role in its development. For this reason, Musk accuses OpenAI and Microsoft of unlawfully profiting and is seeking compensation from them.
Sources say Musk is asking for damages ranging from 65.5 billion to 109.4 billion dollars from OpenAI, and from 13.3 billion to 25.1 billion dollars from Microsoft. The court proceedings for this case are expected to begin in April in Oakland, California, with a jury present.
OpenAI has stated that it does not take Musk's claims seriously and describes the matter as a personal "harassment campaign." Microsoft has not yet commented on the issue.
It is worth noting that Elon Musk left OpenAI in 2018 and is currently developing another artificial intelligence project called xAI. This issue has sparked significant discussions in the technology sector and has brought the question to the forefront: "Should artificial intelligence serve a mission or business interests?"
