According to the information, the leader’s 9-year-old son Abdulla has been registered as the owner of a luxurious house with a total area of 2,000 square meters and a land plot of 4,000 square meters.
The value of this property is estimated at 800 million rubles, which is more than 10 million dollars. This house is located only 300 meters away from the leader’s headquarters.
Initially, this land and house were rented by the leader, but later transferred to his son’s name. In 2023, when Abdulla was 7 years old, this property was privatized.
According to analysts, the child did not have independent financial means to purchase such an expensive property. The registry documents also provide information about another son of the leader — 19-year-old Ali — who owns a valuable house and land plot.
The value of this property is estimated at 500 million rubles. It is said that Ali purchased this house in February 2024.
Additionally, it is reported that the 18-year-old son Adam also owns a luxurious four-story house with an area of 2,000 square meters located in the center of Grozny. The value of this property is approximately 750 million rubles.
