Russia attacks left Kyiv without electricity

As a result of attacks carried out by Russia, a large part of Kyiv city was left without electricity. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to Reuters agency, electricity supply was cut off in more than 60 percent of the city area. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy shared information about this situation on social media.
The President emphasized that nearly 4,000 buildings in Kyiv are not heated in the morning. The weather is cold, and thousands of residents have been living without electricity for several hours.
Additionally, electricity supply was seriously damaged in the eastern Kharkiv region as well. According to the regional head Oleg Syniukhov, on Wednesday 520,000 consumers were left without electricity.
Although this number has decreased compared to previous days, the area was attacked again. In the southern Odesa region, a facility of the DTEK company was damaged, resulting in thousands of households being without electricity supply.
While electricity has been restored in some areas, outages continue throughout the day. This situation also affected mobile communication services.
About 10 percent of the Kyivstar mobile network stopped working. This situation seriously affects the daily lives of the Ukrainian population.
Currently, work is underway to restore electricity supply in the country.
