Discussion on the possibility of an agreement between HAMAS and the USA

New and controversial reports have spread in Arab mass media regarding the situation around the Gaza Strip. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Sky News Arabia, citing Palestinian sources, announced that a certain agreement may have been reached between HAMAS and the USA. According to this agreement, HAMAS would provide its weapons and maps of tunnels in Gaza, in exchange for recognition as a political party and guarantees of protection from Israeli attacks.
According to the source, the agreement includes another important condition: HAMAS's political and military leaders would be allowed to leave the Gaza Strip if they wish. Additionally, the USA has discussed the possibility of guaranteeing not to carry out military strikes against HAMAS leaders or other leaders abroad.
The reports also mention another interesting aspect: Washington has expressed readiness to include some HAMAS policemen and former employees in Gaza's new administration. However, it is emphasized that this process may take place only if they pass security checks by Israel and the USA.
This means that the issue is not limited to handing over weapons but also covers matters such as who will remain or leave in the future governance system. Nevertheless, sources note that the USA has conveyed through mediators that Israel has a number of strict conditions.
In particular, it has been revealed that Israel opposes the idea of recognizing HAMAS as a political party. This indicates that even if an agreement is reached, serious disputes and discussions between the parties will continue.
At the moment, this information is not an officially confirmed final agreement but a chain of reports based on one source. If this scenario is close to reality, there is a possibility that the process of transitioning to a new political format in the Gaza Strip will begin.
The biggest question remains whether the parties are capable of implementing this agreement in practice or if opposing positions will clash again?
