President of Venezuela's visit to the USA is under discussion

The issue of a possible visit by the Venezuelan President to the United States is once again on the agenda. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, responding to questions on this topic, emphasized that no specific date has been set yet, the matter has been discussed, but no firm plan has been established. According to Jean-Pierre, Washington has viewed the amnesty decision regarding political prisoners in Caracas as a positive step.
She stated that such initiatives should also be supported by the wider public. Additionally, the White House representative noted that the promises made by the Venezuelan government have been fulfilled and expressed hope that this process will continue steadily.
In recent months, various developments have emerged in US-Venezuela relations. In particular, reports about oil trade, financial settlements, and diplomatic contacts have been appearing one after another.
For example, earlier information circulated that the US returned $500 million from oil trade revenues to the Venezuelan government based on an agreement reached with Caracas. It should be emphasized here that saying "the visit will happen" does not yet mean "everything is settled."
Diplomacy requires a lot of time to reach an agreement, and negotiations are a complex process. The White House's statement that "there is no firm plan yet" does not mean the matter is closed, but rather that it has been temporarily postponed.
The issue of amnesty in Venezuela is not just a simple political move but is seen as an important step aimed at strengthening trust within the international community. This decision may influence future political relations and decisions regarding Venezuela.
Summarizing the current situation, if the parties can reach an agreement, the Venezuelan President's visit to the US could become a real diplomatic event. Although politics is a complex process, it can lead to positive changes in people's lives.
